This is a forum for awareness and to create action regarding the completion of HWY 31 in North Carolina & South Carolina. There will be speakers from the SC and NC Departments of Transportation as well as a representative from the Grand Strand Area Transportation Study.  

Learn the history of HWY 31, the economic impact it has had in the SC region and where we go from here.
