The focus is in two areas: how to achieve excellence in the essentials of good customer service, and how to incorporate cutting-edge techniques of interpretation to maximize customer experiences in a way that sets your organization above the rest, and makes people want to return. Individuals responsible for orientation and ongoing training of paid or volunteer staff who do frontline work with customers/visitors should attend.
