Learn more about this amazing annual event — why and how it is done and how you and your family can participate in it. Longtime museum volunteer Kurt Hugelmeyer will explain the rules of the event, where to find the forms, how to fill them out, and how to submit them. He will share slides of birds that can be seen in our area in February.
A retired dentist from NY, Kurt Hugelmeyer has lived in this area since 1998. His hobbies include bird watching, growing orchids, and singing in three choirs. Kurt has led many bird walks for the museum and has participated in the Audubon Christmas bird count for 20 years.
