Workplace Ethics course

This course prepares employers/instructors to teach skills for applying proper ethics in the workplace. How to encourage employees/students to develop job skills that are a critical part of success in their workplace performance. Major topics covered are: Ethics - absolute, desirable and variable as it relates to workplace requirements. This session will provide examples to help employees/students discover how they can individually control most personal performance factors in the workplace including: self-motivation, self-image, controlling attitude, goals, relationships with others, gaining cooperation from others, forming good work habits, and time management skills. The emphasis is on the ethical impact of these factors.
