Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately measure and mix powder compounds according to established formulas and procedures.
- Assemble kits containing multiple components in a consistent and quality-controlled manner.
- Read and follow work orders, labels, and instructions to ensure correct assembly and packaging.
- Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Perform quality checks on components and finished kits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Basic math skills (e.g., measuring, addition, subtraction, ratios).
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without close supervision
Pay: $13.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Guaranteed 40 hours)
