About Us

Unoccupied homes are more vulnerable to a variety of issues such as unwanted squatters, theft, vandalism, wind/water damage, mold issues, pest/rodent infestations, and other issues that often lead to more significant and costly damage. At Coastal Home Watch & Concierge, LLC we understand that leaving your home and property unoccupied can be extremely stressful and offer proactive and customized Home Watch checks to ensure your home and property are protected while you cannot be there.

A Home Watch Service is not a house-sitting service where family members, neighbors, or friends live in your home while you are away. It is also not the same as a home inspection required when purchasing or selling a home. As defined by the National Home Watch Association, a Home Watch Service is "a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues". As part of our Home Watch Service, we conduct regularly scheduled home and property checks to identify and report visible issues and potential damage while you are away. As Home Watch professionals, we practice timely and transparent communication with our clients while looking out for their best interests and advocating for the protection of their home and property.

In order to protect our clients and provide professional service, Coastal Home Watch & Concierge, LLC is insured and bonded as well as a fully accredited member of the National Home Watch Association -serving Ocean Isle, Sunset, and Holden beaches, NC.
