Intercoastal Mortgage is a direct lender, with all of the usual loan products, plus a portfolio of “out-of-the-box” solutions to meet just about any financing need. We provide the financial foundation to help build dreams - literally! When you finance your new home build with our construction loan product, your peace-of-mind becomes our number one goal.
We offer construction loans with permanent options throughout North and South Carolina. We can lend up to 100% with VA loans, 96.5% with FHA loan and 95% using conventional financing for primary residences. On second homes, including vacation/beach homes we can lend up to 90%.
Intercoastal Mortgage provides conventional loans and government loans (VA, FHA and USDA) for the purchase of primary homes. We can finance second homes up to 90% and investment properties to 80%. And we are ''condo friendly'' - we’ve closed loans in most of the condo projects here in Brunswick County.
